Over the years, I have collected a small library of books that have helped form the person that I am.  Some of them I have read over and over. I'm often asked for recommendations on what to read for different topics like healthy weight loss, what are some of the benefits of yoga, how can I do personal training at home to name a few.

Self Help Books are Meant to be Read!

So the list above sounds great, right?  Here's where you can purchase these books.

We read to gain knowledge.  But knowledge without action is just knowledge and has limited benefit.  Have you ever heard the saying "forever a student"?  There is nothing wrong with being a life-long student, however, I encourage you to take the information you learn and do something with it!   Klemmer & Associates has a great slogan that they use in Samurai Camp.  It's "CHOOSE AND MOVE"!  I love it!  Whenever I've been a student for a while, I remember that saying and I create some action!

I hope you take some time to find a title that interests you. There are some great books that I have read about personal training programs as well as recipes and cookbooks.  I would love to hear some feedback from you after you've read some of the books above.
