Heart Healthy Smoothie for Seniors or Anyone At All !

This is my favorite smoothie recipe for Seniors, or anyone, for that matter.

It is easy to make and has much benefit for the cardiovascular system. It is high in antioxidants and the nitric oxide benefit from L-Arginine keeps our arteries relaxed and flexible, helping to maintain normal blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

It is very delicious!

This recipe is for two persons, so just split in half for one person.

In the blender put:

2 cups pure water

2 scoops Nutriburn Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

1 heaping scoop Arginine Plus

1 tube Solstic Nutrition

1 oz Chinese Mineral Chi Tonic

1 tbsp Green Zone Powder

1 oz Zambroza

1 banana ( a little extra potassium )

1/2 cup blueberries ( or other berries )

1/2 cup kefir or greek yoghurt ( optional )

Fill blender up to 5 cup level with more pure water.


This is the best tasting, most nutritious smoothie I have ever made. I make it 3 times a week on the days my husband goes out to exercise.
