The journey to wellness and physical fitness has many paths. I'm Kathy McAlpine Terpstra and I'm here to guide you on your way. You are made of more than just your physical body. Your body along with your mind and spirit, play important roles on your journey.

There is a lot of research backing these claims, and I will help you to make sense of it.

When you think of physical fitness, what comes to your mind? Spending hours in the gym? Or logging mile upon mile on the treadmill. Health and wellness comes from many different aspects of your life. Exercise and a strong body are just one of them.

Take a look at the following list. How do these things affect your life and your journey to health? Give it some real thought.  If you're being honest with yourself, some things about your life may need to change.

  • Exercise - are you getting enough of the right kind?
  • Nutrition - what do you feed yourself?  Check out the video on the InForm program
  • Sleep - do you get enough?
  • Stress - is it real or perceived? Does it matter?
  • Attitude - is yours positive or negative?
  • Relationships - do yours have a positive or negative effect on your life?
