When you think of physical fitness, what comes to your mind?
Spending hours in the gym? Or logging mile upon mile on the treadmill?
Health and wellness comes from many different aspects of your life. Exercise and a strong body are just one of them...but have you ever considered these questions?
Take a look at the following list. How do these things affect your life and your journey to health?
Take a few moments. Give it some real thought. Maybe if you're being honest with yourself...some things about your life need to change.

I have been active all of my life. Over the past 15 years, I have obtained my certifications in numerous fitness-related areas, and was drawn to the field of natural healthcare.
I am self-employed in the wellness and physical fitness field. I enjoy the freedom I have to pursue my own dreams and goals.
These two fields are intimately intertwined. You can exercise all you want, but if you feed your body garbage, you will still not have the physique you long for.
You can be achieving your career dreams but not be exercising or eating properly, and you will not be truly healthy.
...and don't forget, it's important to have fun, too!
